Nordic Data Productions Oy securely stores your data in our cloud services. These are only accessible by Nordic Data Productions Oy personnel.

We utilize the following external services to manage our website and event registrations. These services may store some parts of the aforementioned data you give us by joining the mailing list or registering for our events, but this data is still managed and controlled by us.

  • Squarespace, for website services

  • TicketTailor, for event registrations

We will keep your data for 3 years after it has been provided to us. This allows us to see patterns and trends. After this period, all personal details, including your name, email address, and phone number, will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Aggregate data or completely anonymized data may be stored longer.

Marketing

We will only send you marketing information if you either:

  2. register for one of our events.
